Danish Potato Dumplings - for Soup image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups potatoes (grated)
1/3 cup beef suet (ground)
3 eggs (beaten)
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
3 cups flour

Steps:

  • Blend ingredients in order given and drop by tablespoonsful into hot broth or soup and boil 45 minutes.
