CURRIED PORK OVER RICE
Steps:
- cube pork into 1-2" in pieces. In sauce pan, prepare rice according to box instructions. Saute pork over high heat to release fat. Remove! Add salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, bring to rolling sizzle; add water and curries. Cover, lower flame to simmer; stew until rice is ready.
