Curried Chicken Pasta Salad image

I got this recipe from The Pioneer Woman website. I use craisins in lieu of raisins, celery seed instead of celery ribs, and skinless boneless grilled chicken (Creating the broth with bouillon). http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2010/08/curried-chicken-pasta-salad/

I thought this salad was just okay. The curry flavor was a bit too strong for my taste, but the salad was otherwise well-made.

This salad was a bit bland for my taste. I think I'll add some more curry powder and maybe some diced jalapenos next time.

I thought this salad was just okay. The curry flavor was a bit too strong for my taste, and the salad was a little too mayonnaise-y. I think I'll try making it again with less curry powder and mayonnaise.
