Got this from "The Italian Country Table" where its called "Roman Salad". We enjoy it, hope you do too. I don't always use the belgian endive so I guess you don't have to either. I like to serve this with grilled meats.

I'm not a fan of curly endive, but this salad was surprisingly good. I'll definitely make it again.

This salad was a bit too bitter for my taste. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

I'm not sure why this salad is called curly endive salad. There's no endive in it.

I've never had curly endive before, but I'm glad I tried it in this salad. It's a great healthy alternative to lettuce.

I'm not a huge fan of endive, but this salad was surprisingly good. The dressing really made the dish.

This was a delicious and easy salad to make. I used a store-bought dressing, but I'm sure it would be even better with a homemade one.

This curly endive salad is a refreshing and flavorful dish that is perfect for a light lunch or dinner. The endive is crisp and slightly bitter, while the dressing is creamy and tangy. I added some crumbled bacon and chopped walnuts for extra flavor
