Crunchy Chinese Coleslaw WW image

This is actually good considering its a weight watchers recipe. Susan and I thought since summer is right around the corner and we are already putting on swimsuits *sigh*, we thought weight watchers recipes might be helpful! :-)

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb cabbage shredded
1 package ramen noodles, broken into pieces
1/8 c slivered almonds
2 c mandarin oranges, rinsed and drained well
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 c water
1/3 c splenda or sugar substitute
1/4 c apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • 1. In a big bowl, combine cabbage, noodles and almonds and oranges.
  • 2. In a small bowl combine, oil, water, sugar and vinegar. Pour over cabbage mixture and stir. You can serve it immediately and also let it stand for a couple of hours in fridge.
