Prepare this in advance, place it in the oven and relax while it cooks. It's a delicious way to use left-over chicken and rice. A good potluck or family casserole, as children love it!

The casserole was easy to make, but it was a little too dry. I think I should have used more cream of chicken soup.

This casserole was easy to make and turned out great. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and it was still very moist. The crunchy topping was a nice touch.

This chicken casserole was a hit with my family! The chicken was tender and juicy, and the crunchy topping was the perfect contrast. I served it with a side of green beans and mashed potatoes, and it was a complete meal.
