Crumb topped banana muffins image

My kids love banana bread! This is such a good muffin, easy to make, only takes a few ingredients, and you will love it!

Number Of Ingredients 14

1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 large bananas, mashed
3/4 c sugar
1 egg
1/3 c butter, melted
CRUMB TOPPING
1/3 c brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp flour
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 Tbsp cold butter
1/4 c chopped nuts

Steps:

  • 1. In bowl mix first 4 ingredients,Mix bananas, sugar, egg and butter, add in dry ingredients, mix well, but dont over mix, line muffin tins with cupcake liners, fill tins 3/4 full.
  • 2. Combine all ingredinets for topping, except the nuts, mix well and sprinkle over muffin mix, sprinkle with nuts, and bake, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, Bake at 350
