Crockpot Reuben Dip image

quick and easy to make and everyone loves this one.

1 - 16 oz. jar(s) sauerkraut
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 c shredded swiss cheese
1- 3 oz. can(s) corn beef chopped or leftover corned beef slices, chopped
3 Tbsp thousand island dressing

Steps:

  • 1. Place all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on low for 2 hours. Serve with assorted rye bread cubes for dipping or spread on rye bread slices.
