Crock Pot Orange Chicken With Sweet Potatoes image

Tender moist chicken is flavored with orange and spices. A terrific crock pot chilly weather dish that I adapted from the Fix it and Forget it cookbook. Flavorful and filling!

The sweet potatoes were a great addition to this dish, they roasted perfectly in the crock pot and absorbed all the delicious orange sauce.

This was my first time cooking orange chicken in a crock pot and it turned out amazing! The flavors were incredible and the chicken was fall-off-the-bone tender. Served over Jasmine rice and with a side of steamed broccoli for a complete meal.
