Great for Christmas or St. Patrick's day with the creme de menthe green layer

Steps:
- 1. Combine first 3 ingredients in mixing bowl. Add flour, salt, vanilla, syrup. Beat well. Pour into ungreased 9X13 pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool
- 2. Combine ingredients for second layer. Beat well, Spread over cooled cake layer. Refrigerate till firm
- 3. Melt chocolate chips and 6 T butter in microwave. Pour over second layer. Refrigerate to cool. Cut in small squares, very rich but delicious
