Steps:
- 1. Cooked rice according to package directions.
- 2. Sauté all veggies with the butter (except carrots) while the rice is cooking.
- 3. Add chicken and pepper to sauté.
- 4. Add broth, soup, water and cream to medium heat.
- 5. Add carrots, rice and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
