This was one of my favorites for breakfast while in the US Navy. I sometimes cook this for supper and serve it over mash potatos... Sorry, no photos, but next time I make this, Ill be sure to take some and add them...

Steps:
- 1. Brown meat, drain.
- 2. Put meat back in the pan and add butter and stir
- 3. Add chopped onion and cook until they are translucent.
- 4. Add flour, stir and cook for 2 or 3 minutes.
- 5. Add garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and mix.
- 6. Add milk and stir until thickens.
- 7. Serve over toast, biscuits, eggs and have some hot sauce ready.
