Steps:
- melt butter over med heat, simmer veggies, about 5 min, add wine, cook 3-5 more minutes, add crawfish, half and half, flour, seasonings, may want to add a little more black pepper. Cook until it thickens up a bit, about 10-15 mintues. While this is cooking, cook the pasta as directed on the package. Drain Serve over angel hair pasta
