Cranberry Relish Salad image

I adapted this dish from The Fresh Market cranberry relish recipe. By adding gelatin it becomes an excellent side salad. I serve it with pork or fowl. It has become a big hit!

I'm not a big fan of cranberries, but I really enjoyed this salad. The sweetness of the cranberries was balanced out by the tartness of the celery and the crunch of the walnuts.
