This recipe comes from a 1968 recipe book titled,"Favorite Recipes From Church of GOD Ladies". Number Of Ingredients 7

2 c cranberries
1 c pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
1 c flour
1 stick margarine, melted
1/4 c shortening, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Butter one 10 or 11-inch pie plate.
  • 2. Cover bottom of plate with cranberries; sprinkle with pecans and 1/2 cup sugar. Let set.
  • 3. Mix eggs, remaining sugar, flour, margarine and shortening; pour over pecans and cranberries.

This pie was a disaster! The crust was burnt and the filling was runny. I would not recommend this recipe.
