CRANBERRY, APPLE MUFFINS image

11/2 cup of flour (wheat)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 canola oil -add one egg and milk to bring it up to 1 cup
1 small apple (chopped)
1 cup cranberries (frozen)

Steps:

  • mix dry together then add wet, do not over stir add frozen cranberries at the very end use ice cream scooper to evenly distribute mix into muffin tin Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes
