CRABAPPLE BREAD image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda (baking)
2 tblsp sour milk
2 cups chopped crabapples (skin & all)

Steps:

  • Sprinkle w/sugar & cinnamon Bake at 350 - 1 hour Enjoy!! PS ~ We picked tonigh to make 3-4, they freeze well.
