This strata was a little too rich for my taste, but it was still very good. I think I would use less cheese next time. Overall, I would recommend this recipe to anyone who loves cheesy, eggy dishes.

I'm not a huge fan of crab, but I really enjoyed this strata. The cheese and breadcrumb topping was so good that it made me forget all about the crab. I would definitely make this dish again, even if I used a different type of meat.
