This is wonderful Rose Reisman salad, it's great as a side but I'll usually make it for a light lunch.

This is a great recipe for a healthy and filling lunch. I like to add some grilled chicken or tofu to make it a complete meal.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover couscous. I had some leftover from a Moroccan dish I made the night before, and it worked perfectly in this salad.

I'm not a huge fan of cranberries, but I really enjoyed this salad. The sweetness of the cranberries was perfectly balanced by the acidity of the lemon dressing.

This couscous salad is a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The tangy cranberries, crunchy chickpeas, and fluffy couscous come together perfectly. I added a bit of extra lemon zest and a sprinkle of cumin to give it a more vibrant flavor.
