- 4. DIP EACH TOMATO SLICE IN THE EGG BATTER ,THEN COAT EACH SIDE WITH FLOUR MIXTURE. NOW PLACE INTO HOT OIL ,BROWN BOTH SIDES ,PLACE ON A DISH LINED WITH PAPER TOWEL TO DRAIN ...ENJOY
