Steps:
- In large plastic bag combine all dry ingredient. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken in milk, then add to bag a few pieces at a time and shake to coat. Place in a 13"x9" baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake @ 375 degrees for 10 minutes, drizzle with the butter . Bake 30-40 minutes longer until done.
