Steps:
- 1. Mix the cornmeal, flour, salt, paprika, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
- 2. Spread the mustard over the fillets. Dredge in the cornmeal mixture.
- 3. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Fry fish totally covered by oil for about five minutes.
