Cooks Country Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas image

This is from the Cooks Country magazine. The flavor combination of the blue cheese, celery, and hot sauce is perfect. I added just a few more dashes of hot sauce to the chicken after I shredded it to make it a little more spicy.

I'm not a fan of buffalo chicken, but I still enjoyed these quesadillas. The cheese and ranch dressing helped to balance out the heat.

These quesadillas were a little too spicy for me, but my husband loved them! He said they were the perfect amount of heat. The cheese and ranch dressing helped to cool them down a bit, but they were still pretty spicy.
