This is an altered recipe from Taste of Home magazine. I used store bought cookie doughfrom the refrigerator section to speed things up a bit. Very good.

I'm not a fan of cookie dough, but I actually really enjoyed this cheesecake. The cheesecake itself was light and fluffy, and the cookie dough filling was a nice surprise.

This cheesecake was delicious, but it was a bit too rich for me. I think I would have preferred a less decadent dessert.

I had some trouble getting the cheesecake to set properly. I think I might have overcooked it.

This cheesecake was a bit too dense for my taste. I think I would have preferred a lighter and airier cheesecake.
