Steps:
- Combine until creamy: butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg yolks and water. Add vanilla, flour, baking soda. Mix till consistent then fold in choc. chips. Grease pan and flour (91/2x111/2). Spread mix on the bottom. Beat egg whites till stiff.Add 3/4 c. brown sugar gradually while mixing. Spread over mixture. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 30 mins.
