I take a platter of these to parties and potlucks and always come home with an empty plate! They are always a great hit.

Steps:
- 1. Place softened cream cheese into mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to a thick creamy consistancy. If necessary, microwave 10 seconds at a time until it becomes "stir-able."
- 2. Once softened, add chopped ingredients: green onion, jalepenos, olives and pimientos. Stir until well-blended. (*Adjust jalepenos to taste.)
- 3. Divide mixture in half, and spread each half onto one tortilla. Roll tightly and wrap with Saran Wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight.
- 4. Before serving, remove chilled rolled tortillas from refrigerator, unwrap and slice into 3/4" slices. Arrange on platter and serve. Oh-so pretty! And scrumptious to boot!
