Steps:
- 1. Cook carrots. Drain & save the liquid. Cut in to 1/4" lengthwise pieces. Place in a buttered 9 x 13 pyrex dish.
- 2. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over carrrots: Cooking liquid, mayonaise, onion & horseradish
- 3. Sprinkle the seasoned breadcrumbs over the carrots. Cut butter in small pieces and place on top. Season with Paprika & Parsley.
- 4. Bake at 375, uncovered for 20 min till hot.
