Collin's Grilled Portabello Mushrooms image

My son does not like veggies in any form. We tell him that this is grilled meat and he believes it! This is a marinated portabello mushroom that can either be grilled or broiled. Serve as you would sandwich or this is great on its own.

My mushrooms were dry and tough. I think I didn't marinate them for long enough.

My mushrooms turned out soggy. I think I grilled them for too long.

I found this recipe to be too bland. I would recommend using a more flavorful marinade, such as one with soy sauce or teriyaki sauce.

I agree with the previous commenter. The mushrooms need more flavor. I would recommend adding some garlic and onion to the marinade.

I was really excited to try this recipe, but I was disappointed with the results. The mushrooms were tough and didn't have much flavor.

The combination of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and herbs really gives these grilled portabello mushrooms a lot of flavor. I didn't even need to add any salt or pepper.

These grilled portabello mushrooms were a hit at my last BBQ! I marinated them in the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and herbs for a few hours before grilling, and they came out so tender and flavorful.
