COLD FRUIT SOUP image

5 cups fruit, cut in chunks
10 oz. buttermilk
4 teaspoons maple syrup
freshly grated ginger to taste

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for one minute, then chill for at least one hour.
