*Coffee And Spice Drop Cookies* image

Add dark chocolate chunks to play off the coffee.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 c shortening
2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c cold coffee
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
3 1/2 to 4 c flour

Steps:

  • 1. Mix ingredients together until smooth.
  • 2. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet.
  • 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
