Steps:
- 1. In large bowl combine first 5 ingredients until well-blended.
- 2. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust.
- 3. Bake in 350 degree oven 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
- 4. For frozen crust, preheat oven and cookie sheet. Pour filling into frozen crust, bake on cookie sheet in lower third of oven.
