Steps:
- 1. Boil green beans for 2 minutes. Drain. Rinse under cold water. Drain well. 2. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Saute shallots until tender (2 minutes). 3. Add green beans, orange rind and juice, salt and pepper and saute for 2 minutes. 4. Spoon onto plate and sprinkle w/ toasted pine nuts.
