Have had this recipe for a long time. Very quick and easy to make and they are delicious. the dough is a bit stiff so don't let that alarm you. You'll love them

Steps:
- 1. Combine butter and sugar, mix in egg, molasses and cinnamon. blend well Beat in flour and soda. dough will be stiff
- 2. Drop by teaspoon full on ungreased cookie sheet Bake 350 degrees for 10 to 11 minutes. remove from oven and leave on cookie sheet for 1 minute. transfer to cooling rack
