These waffles are a great way to use up leftover buttermilk. They're also a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. I like to add shredded carrots or zucchini to the batter.

I'm not a big fan of cinnamon, but I really enjoyed these waffles. The cinnamon flavor is not overpowering and it really complements the other flavors in the waffles.

I've tried many different waffle recipes, but this one is by far the best. The waffles are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The cinnamon flavor is subtle, but it really adds to the overall flavor of the waffles.
