Chunky Pork and Beef Sausage Chili image

Come home to this delicious pork and beef sausage chili dinner that's made in slow cooker.

1 pound lean boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/2 pound fully cooked smoked beef sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
2 medium stalks celery, sliced (1 cup)
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) chunky tomato sauce
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours (or high heat setting 3 to 5 hours) or until pork is tender.
