From The South Beach Diet Book, this salad is very fresh and light, but still filling. The flavor of the veggies is enhanced by the tangy dressing.

This salad is a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of salt next time I make it.

This salad is perfect for a summer picnic. It's light and refreshing, and the tuna adds a nice touch of protein. I love the addition of avocado, too.

This salad is a bit too heavy for my taste. I think I'll try making it with grilled chicken instead of tuna next time.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover tuna. It's also very healthy and filling. I like to add a bit of extra lemon juice and dill to give it a more zesty flavor.

This salad was just okay. I found it to be a bit bland and the tuna was a bit dry. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.
