Chocolate-Wasabi Pudding image

Instant chocolate pudding is deepened with additional cocoa powder, heated up with wasabi powder and brightened with lime zest. It will get hotter if left to stand, so if you can't eat it all, start with the lesser amount of wasabi. Be sure to use Dutch cocoa powder; natural isn't as deep in flavor. I would love to try this recipe, but I'm not sure where to find wasabi powder. Do you have any suggestions?

This pudding is a great way to use up leftover chocolate. It's also a very affordable dessert to make.

I'm not a big fan of wasabi, but I really enjoyed this pudding. The wasabi flavor was very subtle and it didn't overpower the chocolate.

The pudding was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. Overall, it was a good recipe and I would recommend it to others.

I love wasabi, so I was excited to try this recipe. The pudding was good, but I found the wasabi flavor to be a bit too strong. Next time, I would use less wasabi.
