Chocolate No Bake Cookies With Nuts image

My little sister makes these all the time. I've made them for school before. Do NOT use soy milk or soy butter with this recipe. I have a vegan friend who tried my recipe using soy products and it turned out like tar (it was so sticky, it was like hot gum on pavement). These turn out wonderfully using the pure ingredients.

I'm going to try making these cookies with different types of nuts. I think pecans or walnuts would be a great addition.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my cookies turned out really dry. I'll have to try them again.

I'm not a big fan of no-bake cookies, but these were actually really good. They were chewy and chocolatey, and the nuts added a nice crunch.

These no-bake cookies were a hit! They were so easy to make and turned out perfectly. I love that they don't require any baking, so I can make them even when it's hot outside.
