Steps:
- Heat oven to 350. Combine all crumb mixture in large bowl. Beat at low speed until mixture resembles course crumbs. Research 1 1/2 cup crumb mixture. Press remaining mixture onto bottom of ungreased 13" x 9" baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until very lightly browned. Meanwhile, combine all filling ingredients in same bowl. Spread filling over hot, partially baked crust; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 27-32 minutes or until lightly browned. Melt chocolate chips and shortening over low, heating and stirring constantly until smooth. Drizzle over bars and cool.
