Steps:
- Crush instant coffee with a spoon
- Mix coffee, butter, sugar.
- Add vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Shape cookies into coffee bean shapes and score front of cookie with butter knife.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
