I am not sure where this recipe came from but it is oh so delicious. I make variations using whatever I feel like. White chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, caramel bits, toffee bits, all work great. An easy and quick option to making cookies.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I had to substitute the pecans for another ingredient. I used chopped walnuts instead and they worked just fine.

I made this for a party and it was a huge success! Everyone loved it. The only thing I would change is to add a little more salt to the crust.
