CHIPPED BEEF CHICKEN image

This is one of those dishes that you put together and go do something else for 3 hours. It's great for Sunday dinner or for a potluck. I make mine with cream of chicken soup. I imagine it will be just as tasty with mushroom, asparagus or other cream soups.

This recipe was a disaster! The chipped beef was tough and chewy, and the gravy was watery and tasteless. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I won't be making this recipe again.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper, and it was much better. I also served it over rice instead of mashed potatoes, which I think helped to balance out the flavors.
