CHINESE HAMBURGER HASH image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 lb ground beef
1 c chopped onion
1 c thinly sliced celery
1 pkg frozen peas
1 can(s) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 soup can warm water
1/2 c uncooked rice
1/4 c soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
3 oz can chow mein noodles

Steps:

  • 1. Brown meat until crumbly, Add onion, celery, peas and soups. Add water to mixture. Stir in rice, soy sauce and pepper. Turn into lightly greased casserole pan, cover. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer. Top with chow mein noodles, and continue to bake 15 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
