Steps:
- 1. Brown meat until crumbly, Add onion, celery, peas and soups. Add water to mixture. Stir in rice, soy sauce and pepper. Turn into lightly greased casserole pan, cover. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer. Top with chow mein noodles, and continue to bake 15 minutes more. Makes 6 servings.
