1/2 head Napa cabbage (shredded)
1/2 head Romaine lettuce (shredded)
2 carrots (shredded)
1/4 pound Chinese Snow Peas (sliced lengthwise)
1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
1/4 cup Mint (chopped)
1/4 cup Green Onion Onions (sliced)
1 shredded Rotisserie Chicken
1 cup Cashews
1 small can Mandarine Oranges
Wolfgang Puck wontons (Gelson's)

Steps:

  • Toss all ingredients and use Susan Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing.

This recipe is a fail. The dressing is way too sweet and the chicken is dry. I would not recommend this recipe to anyone.
