Chilly Snow Day Floats image

On your next snow day, pass out these frothy floats and everybody will be glad they're cooped up with you. Cream soda works with the peppermint ice cream, too. -Julianne Schnuck, Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/2 cup lemon-lime soda
1 cup peppermint ice cream
1/2 cup whipped cream
Peppermint candy, optional

Steps:

  • Pour lemon-lime soda into 2 glasses; add ice cream. Top with whipped cream. If desired, sprinkle with peppermint candy. Serve immediately with straws and spoons.
