Chili With Sausage and Jalapeno image

This is a real tasty sweet and spicy beanless chili that I tried from Bon Appetit magazine. The recipe was found in the RSVP section as a request from a restaurant in Rochester New York called Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. We loved it and beans could be added easily if you are a bean fan.

This chili was a disappointment. The flavors were not well-blended and it was very bland.

Overall, this chili was a bit bland for my taste. I would have liked it to be more spicy.

This chili was delicious! I love the combination of the three types of beans and the corn. I also really enjoyed the smoky flavor from the chipotle chilies.

I wasn't crazy about the taste of this chili. It was a bit too salty and cumin heavy for me personally.

This chili was a hit at my last party! I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out perfectly. The sausage and jalapeno added a nice kick of heat and flavor, and the cornbread was the perfect accompaniment.
