The fried wings is delicious with the sweet savory chili garlic sauce.

Steps:
- 1. Add the water to a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and the jalapeno pepper.
- 2. Add the garlic the 2 tablespoons of marinade. Add a good amount of salt. Add tablespoon of pepper.
- 3. Let mixture come to a boil. Cool to room temperature. Add chicken wings to a zip lock back and pour brine over it and refrigerate over night.
- 4. Add oil to a frying pan and heat over medium-low. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry.
- 5. Add the Panko crumbs to a plate. Add the eggs to a bowl and beat them. salt and pepper the bread crumbs.
- 6. Dip the wings in egg then bread crumbs. Fry in batches till golden brown and no longer pink.
- 7. While chicken is frying. Put a small sauce pan on medium-low heat. Add the tomato sauce, garlic, honey, mustard, the marinade Salt and. pepper to taste.
- 8. Cook until sauce thickens. About 45 minutes.
- 9. Add chicken to a plate and drizzle sauce all over. Sprinkle green onion over top.
