My husband loves hot dogs. This was a special treat for him.

Steps:
- 1. Brown the ground beef in skillet. Add the hot dogs, chili powders cumin, and salt and pepper to taste. Add the tomato sauce. Simmer until thickened.
- 2. Serve over Doritos or Tortilla chips top with cheese and sour cream
