Chicken with Spanish Olives image

This is so easy! A lady at the gym gave it to me 15 years ago while we were doing water arobics! It's so good too, which surprised me considering the ingredients weren't things I was used to very much. Serve with mashed potatos and a garden salad. Use the gravy for your potatos.

I'm not a big fan of olives, but I tried this dish and was pleasantly surprised. The olives added a subtle flavor to the chicken, and the sauce was creamy and delicious. I would definitely make this dish again.

This dish was bland. I think it needed more seasoning.

The sauce was a bit too thick for my liking. I would add more liquid next time.

This dish was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I would use less olives next time.
