Chicken Tetrazzini image

Great make ahead meal. Serve with side salad.

Number Of Ingredients 7

12 oz angel hair pasta
1 pkg precooked grilled chicken strips, diced
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 splash of milk
1/4 c sour cream
1 c mexican blend shredded cheese
1/4 c parmigiano-reggiano, grated

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Breakup pasta and cook according to package directions, drain and add to a large mixing bowl.
  • 2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl of pasta and mix thoroughly.
  • 3. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and spread the pasta mixture evenly in pan.
  • 4. Sprinkle additional shredded cheese on top of mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
